Oregon Law students have access to a variety of housing options, both on and off campus.
Off-Campus Housing
Many students choose to live off-campus in apartments or shared houses. The UO Dean of Students Office’s off-campus living living website is a helpful resource.
If you are interested in finding potential housemates, we encourage you to join the Class of 2027 Facebook page. In past years, incoming students have utilized this resource to find other incoming 1L or upperclass students who are also looking for housemates.

University Owned Housing
The majority of University of Oregon law students live in privately-owned rentals adjacent to campus or in the greater Eugene-Springfield area. University Housing does have a limited number of university-owned apartments and single family houses available to full-time law and graduate students.
If you think you might interested in living in university-owned housing, we encourage you to apply for the waitlist as soon as possible. University-owned housing is very competitive and we strongly encourage students to continue to pursue privately-owned options in the event that a space does not become available prior to orientation.
